Returns

    •    Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.

    •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

    •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

    •    We offer exchanges for a different size if the requested size is available.

    •    Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    •    Custom or made-to-order products

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work to replace the item or issue a refund.

 

Refunds

    •    Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or denial of your refund.

    •    Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
